DAVID D. RADKE, CPA, CGFM
David Radke is the President of William’s & Company, P.C. and the shareholder in charge of the firm’s Onawa, Iowa office. He joined the firm in 1981, and is responsible for financial reporting and tax consulting for all the Onawa office Health Care, governmental and non-profit community action agency clients. Dave provides auditing, tax preparation, compilation, review and consulting services, and does budget preparation and consulting services to City clients regarding various projects Dave is also in charge of all Medicare and Medicaid cost report preparation for nursing homes and Home Health Care clients.
Dave is a 1980 graduate of Iowa State University in Ames, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with an Accounting major. Besides being a Certified Public Accountant, Dave also has the designation of CGFM, Certified Government Financial Manager.
Professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Iowa Health Care Association, Health Financial Management Association, Government Finance Association, and National Association of Governmental Auditors.
Dave is very active in his community, having served as Vice President for eight years on the Burgess Memorial Hospital Foundation Board. He was also the Monona County representative for the Job Training Partnership Act Board through Western Iowa Tech Community College, and was a Founding Board member and Vice President of the Onawa Community Foundation. Dave is currently Chairman of the Economic Development Committee. He is a past Vice President of the Onawa Chamber of Commerce, as well as past President and Secretary/Treasurer of this organization, past Chairman of the Enterprise Zone Board, and past Chairman for the Onawa Strategic Planning Committee.
MARVIN E. MALY, CPA
Marvin Maly is a Manager in the firm’s Onawa, Iowa location. He joined Williams & Company, P.C. in 1999, after prior experience as Chief Financial Officer of Avera Holy Family Heath in Estherville, Iowa, and Comptroller/Chief Financial Officer of Mid-Dakota Hospital in Chamberlain, South Dakota.
Marv is a graduate of Nettleton Business College, with an Associate Degree in Accounting. His current responsibilities include in charge of various governmental, nonprofit and health care organization audits, as well as preparation of compiled and reviewed financial statements.
Professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Marv currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Onawa Kiwanis Club and is currently actively involved in the Knights of Columbus. He is also a past Board member and Treasurer of the Estherville Community Christian School and also held both of these positions on the Avera Holy Family Foundation Board.
