GAIL G. GUBBELS, CPA
Gail Gubbels is the shareholder-in-charge of the Yankton, South Dakota, office of Williams & Company, P.C. He joined the firm in 1981 as a staff accountant in the Onawa, Iowa office. He moved to Yankton in 1984, and became a shareholder in 2001.
Gail is a graduate of Buena Vista College in Storm Lake, Iowa, with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He specializes within the firm in business and tax planning, estate and retirement planning and representation before federal and state taxing authorities. His clients include construction, real estate, agriculture, manufacturing, health services, and retail business.
Professional affiliations include memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the South Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Gail is actively involved in the Yankton community. He is past-president of the Yankton Sertoma Club and past-president of the Yankton United Way and Volunteer Services. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Yankton Area Chamber of Commerce and Yankton Area Foundation. Gail is also an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Yankton.
KYLE S. REPP, CPA
Kyle Repp is a Shareholder with Williams & Company, P.C. in the Yankton, South Dakota office, and has been with the firm since 1984.
Kyle attended the University of South Dakota and Nettleton College and has over 34 years experience in public accounting. He currently specializes in business and individual tax consulting, general business consulting as well as college financial planning.
Kyle is a past President and board member of the South Dakota CPA Society and received the 2005 Distinguished Service Award from the South Dakota CPA Society. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and received their 1991 Public Service Award for South Dakota.
Kyle’s community involvement has included serving on the Boards of Directors of the Yankton Chamber of Commerce, Hillcrest Golf & Country Club, the Yankton Schools Alumni Association and the Yankton Junior Achievement Program. He is a past President of the Yankton Jaycees, past Vice President of the South Dakota Jaycees, past President of the Yankton Sertoma Club and past President of Hillcrest Golf & Country Club.
SHAUNA M. KAUTH, CPA
Shauna is a manager in the Yankton, South Dakota office of Williams & Company, P.C. She joined the firm in 1997 as a staff accountant and progressed to manager in 2004. Shauna's responsibilities include income tax planning and consultation with clients and in charge on various audits, reviews and compilations. She has experience with industries such as agriculture, retail stores and governmental and non-profit organizations.
Shauna graduated from Wayne State College in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in business administration, emphasis in accounting.
Professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the South Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountants. Shauna is an active member of Yankton Interchange and currently serves as a Board member and Treasurer of the organization. She is also a past Council member and Treasurer of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
